As an Odoo Developer you will be part of the technical brain of our Odoo team in India. Odoo is a great open source product with many functionally rich standard modules. However, our customers often need to customise these modules, and this is where you come in.
Your role will require you to
Analyse and Develop Odoo /Python solutions for our clients
Support and maintain customer solutions
Support and train our partners and customers
Support the sales team during pre-sales demonstrations
Respond to support tickets and provide solutions
Must have technical skills
Good to expert knowledge of Python, HTML, Javascript, SQL
Object-oriented programming, UML-like/object modeling and relational databases
Other must have skills
Interest in open source software
Interest and willingness to learn about ERP and Odoo
Decent English and willingness to improve
Self-organised, self motivated and a quick learner
Flexibility to meet customer deadlines
Other nice to have skills
Experience with Odoo
Experience with other ERPs e.g. MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.
Experience with other CRMs e.g. MS Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.
Experience with eCommerce systems e.g. Magento, WooCommerce, OpenCart, etc.
Experience in Food, Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Wholesale, Government industry sectors
